What if I'm not with BT?
If you are not with BT then the call charges may be slightly different. Type the name of your phone provider into the search box below and you should see a link to the call charges section of your provider in the list that follows. You will then need to look up the number you wish to call to find the corresponding charges. If your provider doesn't list their call charges on the internet, or if you can't find them easily, then just call their customer services number, who should be able to post you a list of their call charges. You may already have a list from when you registered.

How do I use this service? Select the country you would like to dial, from the selection box below, and you will be shown a number and the amount the call would cost for that country if you are dialing from a BT line (See below for other phone providers). Simply dial the number displayed and then you will be prompted for your international number. Enter the international number with all dialing codes as you would do normally when phoning an overseas number from a UK phone. How am I charged? As much as I would like to list the various call charges for the various numbers for the many phone providers out there, it would be an impossible task to keep track of all the new companies starting up, and to keep up to date with their changes in charges and call plans.
